Arturo's Big Island Hot Sauce |
The Big Island is famous for volcanoes,
coffee, sugar plantations and superb local produce --
including Lehua honey. Lehua is the blossom produced by the
Ohia tree which flourishes on the slopes of Mauna Loa; the
honey is light and sweet with a wonderful fragrance. The honey
creates an explosion of sweet flavors accented by a bit of
heat This sauce goes great on all kinds of Chinese dishes.
Want to spice up a plain cheese cake? Just dribble a little of
this versatile sauce on top. Baste on pork chops or ham steaks

Isle was not the hardest thing we've ever done. We use papaya
from Lana'i and pineapple to create a unique, textured taste
unlike any hot sauce you've ever tried, one that we hope
reflects the sense of ease that pervades this lovely place.
Finish grilled chicken or pork chops with this sauce. Try on
grilled zucchini, green beans and other vegetables. Great on

"Makai" is the Hawaiian word for "by the sea,"
and our Makai Hot Sauce is our small tribute to the force
which shapes all of our lives here in the Islands. We've

here, on the slopes of Haleakala, is the sweet Maui onion.
That's what we've chosen for our Maui Hot Sauce, combining it
with tomatoes for a unique take on a traditional sauce. This
sauce makes a great dip, and we use it to season a variety of
fish and meat dishes. Use in place of ketchup on just about
anything, or spice up your favorite rib sauce or make one
using equal portions of Maui Hot Sauce and ketchup with a

Arturo's Molokai Hot Sauce |
The Friendly Isle is about 45 minutes and half
a century off the west coast of Maui. Our Moloka'i Hot Sauce
is a banana-curry blend with a touch of heat to bring out the
flavors. In keeping with the island's nickname, this sauce
makes immediate friends with your tongue. The sweetness and
heat have made the flavor a favorite in dips, marinades and
glazes. This is the king of the stir fry; stir in just before

Arturo's Oahu Hot Sauce |
Oahu is known as the Gathering Place. Native
Hawai'ian ali'i (chiefs) from the other islands visited here
